The Greek Sporting Club is situated in the suburb of Senderwood, Bedfordview in Johannesburg, next to SAHETI School and is easily accessible from the N3 highway. It has its own water supply and ample secure parking with private guarding and only one access point.

Many dedicated members of the community were involved in establishing the Greek Sporting Club dating back to 1958. In the clubs more recent history the club has needed to adapt to the changing circumstances in South Africa and the fact that many Hellenes have emigrated.
